In the period up to September 10, 2017. each accepted to participate the speaker (regardless of the type of report) may file article based on the report for publication in the journal of Physics: Conference Series (IOP Publishing, United Kingdom). The peer review will conduct members of the program Committee.
The cost of participation if paid before 10 August 2017 for Russian citizens is 3000 RUB., for students – 1000 RUB.;
if you pay in the period from 11 August to 11 October 2017 – 4000 rubles and 1500 rubles respectively.

The cost of participation if paid before 10 August 2017 for foreign citizens – 300 Euro, if paid in the period from 11 August to 11 October 2017 – EUR 350.
